Lesson...

it's funny how sometimes we as humans place material wealth more important than relationships. Its like we care more for our cars and cameras than for the person who's still facing the stress and shock of crashing into the car, or who has just misplaced the camera and is haumted with all the possible consequences for not being able to find it. instead of showing care and concern, we lash out at them with hurtful words, wrong attitudes and foul behaviours. and why? just because of a small dent in the car or the loss of a camera.

yes yes, of course there is the great disappointment, and the ever prominent thought of $$$. but really, when i was thinking about it this afternoon...is it worth the deterioration in the relationship? is it worth hating a family member or a friend just because he lost something that will cost you a lot of money?

i would say that if it's done, it's done. some people deserve the additional stress, but some really dont need it. why further aggravate the situation and widen the conflict when correction is needed? whether you're angry or alright, the problems have to be solved too.

then why not just solve it and continue to build relationships, not tear them down.
